Raised in the East Bay area of San Francisco, Paul Frazee' enlisted in the United States Army on his 18th birthday.
After graduation from Hayward High (Class of '66) he took Basic Combat Training at Fort Ord, CA. Following Communications Center Specialist School at Fort Gordon, GA., he spent nearly a year with the 8th Infantry Division at Bad Kruezach, Germany, before volunteering for a tour in Vietnam.
After graduation from Cal State University, Hayward, following his military service, Mr. Frazee' pursued numerous careers, among them banking, retailing and briefly as a national sales manager of an import company in the Bay Area.
On his 40th birthday the author decided to leave the business world and became a social sciences teacher in the Sacramento area, where he taught for many years.
Re-enlisting in the Army National Guard when he was 40, Mr. Frazee' now spends his time raising his family and writing novels. He hopes to complete his fourth novel, "Sweet Tea and Sweet Jesus" in early 2012.
